The Management Board

Janusz Juszczyk
President of the Management Board,
Chief Executive Officer

Holder of M.Sc. (Electrical Engineering) diploma, he graduated from Higher School of Engineering in Opole. In 2002 he completed postgraduate studies in Project Management at the Faculty of Production Engineering, Warsaw University of Technology.
His professional career started in 1980 in Zakłady Koksownicze in Zdzieszowice. He gained his professional experience as electrical systems manager in Opolski Kombinat Ogrodniczy (Opole – Horticulture Division in Grudynia Wielka) and in the years 1984-1985 in Okręgowe Warsztaty Poczty i Telekomunikacji, Opole–Winów. He has worked for ELEKTROBUDOWA since 1985 as business executive, advancing his career through positions of Works Manager, Deputy Director of Erection Branch in Opole, Marketing Director of Power Generation Division, the Management Board Member - Director of Power Generation Division and Vice-President of the Management Board.

President of the Management Board of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA since January 2016.

Scope of responsibility:

  • defines long- and short-term strategy of the Company and of the Group,
  • is responsible for managing the Company,
  • supervises the operating activity of the Company Divisions,
  • supervises the implementation of quality and environmental management systems,
  • supervises the management of property, the management of business risk and fraud risk,
  • supervises the investing activity,
  • is responsible for compliance with Best Practice of GPW Listed Companies.

Paweł Skrzypczak
Vice President of the Management Board,
Chief Financial Officer

Graduated from the University of Banking and Insurance in Warsaw, Faculty of Banking and Accounting. In 2005, he obtained an accounting licence granted by the Ministry of Finance. Additionally, he has completed several specialist training courses in finance, management, negotiations and human resources. He has got professional experience in the management of financial, controlling and accounting processes in industry.
Since 2001associated with the building industry. In the years 2001–2006, in Freyssinet Polska belonging to VINCI group he was responsible for financial reporting according to IFRS for the Group purposes, statutory reporting, annual budgeting and monitoring and cash management. In the years 2006– 2009, he was Chief Accountant in Hydrobudowa-6 SA. From January 2008 to May 2009, he was employed as Liquidator in Bilfinger Berger AG. From May 2009 to July 2015, he worked for Bilfinger Infrastructure SA as Financial Director, Head of Finance and Accounting Office, Chief Accountant responsible for corporate finance, accounting and taxes.

Vice President of the Management Board of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA since August 2015.

Scope of responsibility:

  • defines long- and short-term strategy of financial programmes for the Company,
  • ensures efficient financial management in respect of planning, implementation, control and analysis of the processes taking place in the Company,
  • responsible for economic and financial issues of the Company,
  • responsible for complying with the accounting principles 
  • budget plannning and controlling,
  • responsible for the financial policy and ensuring funding for the Company,
  • supervises IT service.

Wojciech Paleczny
Vice President of the Management Board,
Marketing Management Director

Graduated from AGH University of Technology in Kraków, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and the Faculty of Marketing and Management. He has also completed postgraduate studies in enterprise management and in corporate controlling and audit, and a number of specialist courses: in public procurement, project management, operations implementation management, negotiations and corporate culture management.
Wojciech Paleczny has been with ELEKTROBUDOWA SA for over a decade, where he began as intern engineer, commissioning engineer and quotation and cost estimation specialist, then continued his career at management positions as works manager and project manager. Formerly he was Marketing Director in the Power Generation Division of the Company.

Vice President of the Management Board of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA since February 2016.

Scope of repossibilities:

  • defines long- and short-term strategy of marketing and sales programmes for domestic and foreign markets,
  • supervises market analyses and identification of new markets for the products and services,
  • responsible for co-ordination of actions relating to the process of obtaining orders,
  • responsible for export issues in the scope of marketing and sales,
  • supervises the CRM system,
  • supervises the visual identification system,
  • plans and supervises the activity relating to marketing communication.

Piotr Janczyk
Member of the Management Board,
Human Resources and Systems Manager

 

An economist by profession. In 1989, he graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice, the Faculty of Industry and holds a Master’s degree in Economics. He also completed post-graduate course in corporate finance management at the University of Economics in Katowice (2008), post-graduate course in project management at Warsaw University of Technology (2002), post-graduate course in human resources management at Warsaw School of Business (1998) and post-graduate course in labour and social insurance law at Jagiellonian University in Kraków (1995). Since 1998 he has been with ELEKTROBUDOWA SA.

Member of the Management Board of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA since January 2016.

Scope of responsibility:

  • defines long- and short-term strategy of human resources management,
  • ensures competences and skills for the organization, to guarantee its development,
  • ensures the correct implementation of HR and payroll issues,
  • responsible for compliance with the provisions of labour law and national insurance,
  • supervises the internal communication system,
  • responsible for drafting and implementation of the sustainable development strategy,
  • responsible for the relations with trade unions and collective bargaining,
  • supervises the issues relating to occupational health and safety,
  • supervises the quality and environmental management systems and OHS management system within the frame of the integrated management system.
